RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at powasonicsales-dg@qualtex-global.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exemptions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
